Use courage as your sail to navigate the rough waters of life and enjoy the ride.

The courage that resides within you is bold enough to cross any river - one of work and responsibility, or one of fear and regret.

When your life seems like a never-ending flow of work and responsibilities, leaving no room for fun, relaxation or even to take a deep breath, board the boat of tranquility and resolve to enjoy the ride.

With courage as your sail, you can get across or around any obstacle.

Your bold spirit is stronger than the force of worry or fear - then cannot remain when you exercise the depth of courage you already have inside you.

Peace is the anchor that securely holds your life in place and makes room for your dreams and goals.

Affirm that you are organized and continue to follow your plan of action - the one that empowers you to stay calm when you're facing into the storm.

Face that oncoming storm without hesitation - know that you are secure in your ability, know that you can navigate through the storm, and that you have the necessary tools to keep your life afloat.

Tapping into your personal vault of skills and your trusted support group will help keep your head above water.

Know that you are NOT alone - and use that knowledge to empower you to take even more risks in pursuit of your goals. Your steps are ordered by Spirit - you will not be forsaken nor forgotten.

Your family, true friends and spiritual companions are there for you no matter what happens along the way, and even when others refuse to accompany you, dare to take the risk because you are working toward the end result you want.

The new adventures you'll enjoy by taking those forward steps are more than worth it - they'll outweigh the regret of NOT taking a risk for your dreams.

Today - this moment - affirms your choice to take a chance and step into the waters of life with confidence. You'll sail through the storms with courage and boldness. Rest in the confidence that your vessel will safely reach the other side with you at the helm, guiding your own journey.

Journaling Prompts for Reflection

  1. What anchors are present in my life? Are they helping me to stand firm, or holding me back from a potential benefit?
  2. Who are my authentic supporters on my journey? Have I expressed my gratitude toward them recently?
  3. What chances can I take today to move myself forward in my journey?
