Read the set of related affirmations in this post aloud. It’s important to your conscious and subconscious mind to hear the affirmations said in your own voice. Choose one or two of the affirmations from the set to start working with. You only need one or two affirmations, used consistently, to make a substantial change in your life.

Choose one affirmation that feels easy to you and choose another that generates resistance or disbelief. The idea is to practice extending your current self-imposed limits and encourage growth.

Say your chosen affirmation loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and take notice of how you feel as you begin and as you continue your practice. Repeat your chosen affirmation multiple times a day for at least 30 days and reinforce your affirmation by writing it in your journal.

You can change your life by beginning an affirmation practice – using one or two favorite affirmations over the course of 30 to 60 days can permanently change your mindset and, your life.

I am Full of Hope and Positive Expectations.

Joyfulness is the order of the day for me. I expect wonderful blessings every single day.

Having a hopeful and positive mindset sets the stage for my life. When I focus on my hopes and my efforts on creating positive outcomes for each day, I keep my mind from doubt and anxiety and leave less room for negativity. Consistently looking for and working for the best outcomes in my life empowers me to enjoy my reality.

I leave very little space in my life for worry or negativity. When I choose to expect only positive outcomes, that is exactly what I receive. Although what happens is sometimes different from what I expect, there are still enough good results in my life to give thanks for.

Setting goals starts with positive anticipation, and continues with the efforts I add to my day. Although the path towards my goals may be unclear today, I expect that path to reveal itself in due course.

My approach is to prepare myself for my wishes and desires to become reality – to act “As If”. I do that by remaining humble about my expected results and driven to continue positive action at the same time. When my realized dreams and goals come my way, I know how to handle them. I use them to further enhance my hopefulness and I document my victories so that I can review them if times get tough.

Today, even the most trying circumstances will not dampen my spirit.

I know that even when things go in an unexpected direction, I remain committed to continuing along a positive path. My heart and soul are ready to receive goodness, and my actions lay the foundation for further accomplishment.
