Embracing life's ebbs and flows can help you find peace with your circumstances and encourage a more authentic existence. No one can predict the outcome of every minute of their lives - going with the flow will help you lower manageable stress levels and encourage a more peaceful existence.

Being vulnerable is often seen as a weakness, but it is a profound strength when it comes to authenticity.
