Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

I am free from doubts and fears.

I am taking the hand-brake off because I am confident in my ability to manage my life. I have access to everything I need to excel and thrive. I am free from limitations – fear and doubt are meaningless concepts for me.

My confidence in myself, my abilities, and my chosen direction grow stronger every day.

Every challenge I face increases my confidence and knowledge.

I may occasionally experience feelings of doubt – but they are temporary. I quickly overcome those feelings and replace them with confidence and peace. Any doubt I feel causes me to strengthen my focus and my commitment. It reminds me to tell myself how capable I am.

Fear is outdated, and it has no control over me, no ability to slow me down. I have all the bravery and courage I could ever need. I confidently overcome life’s obstacles with my hand-brake off. My courage to face life head-on grows by the day. My confidence in my abilities grows each day. I live outside the influence of doubt and fear. I have an exciting future ahead of me.

I use my freedom from doubt and fear to my advantage.

I am able to confidently explore new experiences. I am comfortable with uncertainty. My limits are constantly expanding.

Today, I have fewer doubts and less fear than ever before. I quietly smile at the great advantage I have over the average person. Living without doubt and fear gives me more positive opportunities and experiences, and my hand-brake is permanently OFF.
