Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can help turn your mindset from one of challenge and lack to one of stronger self-esteem, more abundant self-confidence, and a outlook of abundance.

Read the affirmation below aloud – loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

Whatever my journey ahead brings, I can handle it!

Being adaptable means that you are able to adjust to meet new conditions. Are you tired of the “same old, same old?” NOW is a great time to take on a new aspect of your journey ahead as you move toward a Spiritually Authentic life.

Being confident means that you have full belief and trust in your own powers – to know that you know what to do and how to do it to get the results you want.

I am adaptable and confident in the journey ahead.

You no longer have to remain stuck in a spiritual path that doesn’t feed your soul and raise your self-esteem. You don’t have to live a life that someone else thinks is right for you, that you can feel isn’t authentic and doesn’t “fit” you.

It’s up to YOU – and because you are adaptable and confident, you can look at your journey ahead with great peace – freedom from disturbance. Free yourself from the “disturbances” that occupy your heart and your mind when you aren’t living according to the call of your spirit, and when you’re not living authentically.

Do it TODAY!
