Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

I respond to others based on my authentic spirit instead of my circumstances.

As I face each new day, I expect to be greeted by a wide range of situations. Although some situations are difficult to handle, I maintain my sense of calmness. My responses to events in my life are based on the nature of my spirit, rather than the circumstances of the situation.

It is easy to feel overwhelmed and become angry when things get stressful. Being in that frame of mind is unhealthy and causes relationships to break down. When we’re in that unhealthy frame of mind, we react instead of responding.

I lean on principles that form my authentic spiritual foundation.

Instead of responding to others based on what I am going through, I lean on the principles that are the foundation of my spirit. They keep my response to situations consistent and my reaction to others overflowing with positive energy.

Although life can sometimes be stressful, I walk around with a smile on my face. It is important to do my part in building a positive environment. Sharing my smile with others helps to uplift them, and the smiles I receive in return empower and uplift me.

I rise above stress in all areas of my life.

Maintaining that positive, uplifting energy ensures that I can rise above stress in all areas of my life. It feels good to focus on overcoming difficulties inside and outside as I build a productive and effective life.

When people walk into a tense situation, I know that they are unblameable for what is transpiring. I avoid putting unnecessary pressure on them to make things right. I instead project cooperative and positive energy to help find solutions to challenges and ease a tense atmosphere.

I intentionally cultivate a spirit of richness and support.

Today and every day, I cultivate a spirit of richness and support, so others feel comfortable to be around me. I know that it is only fair for others to receive positive energy from me instead of the energy that is driven by what is happening around us.
