Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

I am good enough to accomplish everything I desire.

I only need to do my best to ensure I am eventually successful. Every obstacle can be overcome by my best effort. My best is enough in all circumstances.

I give my best in pursuit of my dreams, and my best is enough.

Many people struggle to put forth their best effort, but it comes naturally to me.

I am able to focus and utilize all of my resources to achieve an objective.

My dreams are coming closer to me each day because of my willingness to bring my best to the table.

Achieving my dreams may take longer than I prefer, but this is okay. Doing my best each day ensures that my dreams are guaranteed to come true.

I have faith in my abilities and my eventual success. I am patient and hardworking. This is an unbeatable combination.

Doing my best is a habit. I choose to do my best in trivial things so that I can do my best when it really counts. Practice makes perfect. Whether I am tying my shoes or pouring a cup of coffee, I do it to the best of my ability.

Today, I am committed to giving my best effort in all aspects of my life.

I am a shining example of commitment and effort. My best is enough to achieve my dreams.
