Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

In times of great uncertainty, I look after my spiritual health. My soul deserves nourishment because it keeps me grounded through challenging times.

Spending time with positive and affirming family is good for my soul.

When I share laughs and stories with loved ones who respect me, my life, and my choices, I feel a lightness inside. That positive reinforcement boosts my resolve to continue a self-affirming path and gives me the strength to push through challenges. Family can be one of my sources of strength, but if the familial relationship isn’t positive or affirming, I can make the decision to limit contact for my own mental and emotional health.

My good family relationships remind me that I have a lot to live for. Their well-being is one of my priorities, so I ensure that I remain mentally healthy for them. Family members with whom I have difficult relationships remind me of what I do NOT want, and what I do NOT have to allow in my life.

Nourishment also comes in the form of video calls with my best friends across the world. Seeing them virtually is the next best thing to having them physically close. I look forward to hearing about the wonderful things happening in their lives. The distance between us – whether by choice or by requirement, does not have to limit our interactions or our relationship.

I read books and magazines that make me feel warm inside. Stories of heroism and charity make me feel proud to be human. I gain strength from the strength of others.

I surround myself with positive energy and my spirit thrives.

I feel capable of tackling any difficulty that life throws my way. Conversation is a wonderful way for me to keep my mind occupied. It rids me of destructive thoughts that occupy my solitude.

My soul is nourished and well because I seek out positivity.

Taking care of my inner well-being makes way for a strengthened mind. I have what it takes to weather the challenging storms that come my way. I refresh my intentions, use my affirmations, and focus on what I want to bring into my life. I choose to nourish my soul with beneficial experiences, use tools that help me grow and mature and make time to focus on self-care.
