bare tress and mountain

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

Adaptability is one of my many talents.

I am like a chameleon. I can blend into my preferred environments easily. Whether it is a new workplace, neighborhood, social circle, or family, I can always see things from the perspective of others. Because of this, I am welcomed everywhere I go.

My ability to adapt is due to my powerful desire to become cultured. To me, it is fascinating to learn new skills, thought processes, and information from people who are different from me.

I am able to see things from a different viewpoint.

The ability to step into the shoes of another and view situations from their eyes is a talent and a skill. Not everyone is born with this ability or cares to cultivate it. I am proud to say that I am one of the lucky few who can make the most of this potential.

Unfamiliar environments and new experiences are an adventure for me.

I welcome the opportunity to experience new spaces, places, and get to know new people. The worst that can happen is that I may not like the experience. If this occurs, I can just walk away, secure in the knowledge of what’s right for me.

Even so, I always come out of the situation feeling renewed and with new skills or knowledge under my belt!

Today, I can easily go to any type of social gathering and feel comfortable. In doing so, I can meet new friends and discover new ideas.
