I live each day determined to create and manifest a spiritually authentic life.

Each new day provides an opportunity to further discover and develop what feeds my soul and feels authentic to my heart. I live each day in such a way that my spirit benefits from my experiences.

When I can extend my hand and heart to a positive cause, I feel fulfilled. A warm feeling floods my heart and raises my spirits when I cause someone else to smile.

I spend little-to-no time focusing on gaining temporary popularity or on activities that might produce financial wealth but weigh down my spirit because of negative or dishonest tactics. Such things only provide fleeting satisfaction and rarely stir my soul. They are superficial, and will not support my life goals.

Honest living is my mantra. When I am sincere and speak with integrity, I green leafed plant in white ceramic potexperience peace of mind. Being able to say honestly that my heart and mind are clear is a wonderful feeling.

When I get home from work and the day’s activities, I arrange my schedule so that I can spend some time meditating. These moments in quietness allow me to reflect, decompress, and connect more completely to my spirit. Reflection gives me perspective and helps me solve challenges.

Thinking consciously about my actions allows me to be accountable. Whenever I am less-than-pleased with my actions, I commit to adjusting my mindset to avoid such actions in the future. Working on my spirit is an ongoing job and one that I enjoy, because I value the results I’m experiencing.

Today, living a Spiritually Authentic life means doing and saying things that leave me feeling good and living in harmony with my values and goals. When I commit to positive action and behavior, my soul becomes light and free. I celebrate the effort I put forth to live a Spiritually Authentic life and manifest positive spiritual growth on a daily basis.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What are some other activities besides meditation that enhance my connection to spirit?
  2. How do I involve friends and family members on my journey toward a Spiritually Authentic life?
  3. What are some of the behaviors and actions that I am able to change to encourage even more spiritual authenticity?
