Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

I am beautiful inside and out.

My beauty is as endless as the amount of kindness I can show to others. I embrace fully the good, warm, fuzzy feelings I get when I make a positive difference in someone else’s life. I feel radiant inside and out when I am kind to others. My kindness encourages others to share kindness with me and with people they encounter. My smile encourages others to smile with me and with others throughout their day.

I practice good, authentic virtues that are meaningful to me and I feel peaceful and happy in the process.

Being good to others fills me with an inner sparkle that permeates through my soul and reflects in my eyes and my smile. My smile comes from a genuine place, so it emphasizes my natural attractiveness, and I look and feel beautiful.

When I am happy and uplift those around me, my beauty shines out among others! It’s easy to see and recognize my beauty when I walk past a mirror or window and see my reflection. I enjoy the opportunity to see my uniqueness and authentic beauty reflected for my own eyes to see and appreciate.

I encourage others to smile, not just with the muscles in their face, but from deep down in their soul. When others tell me how beautiful I look, I express appreciation for the compliment. I share with them that it comes from a deeper place and encourage them to find and cultivate that special and authentic place within themselves.

I take advantage of natural opportunities to encourage others. I help them to consider how much different and more positive life could be if they allowed themselves to achieve and express their own inner happiness.

Today, my beauty radiates from within and puts a beautiful countenance on my face. I am committed to showing others what true, authentic beauty looks like by maintaining inner peace and happiness. I know I can be a positive example for others to follow. I encourage others to take steps to enhance their own unique and authentic beauty by cultivating their own inner peace and happiness.
