bare tress and mountain

Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

My achievements make me proud.

When I look at my accomplishments, considering the trials of my past and my present, my heart fills with pride. Rising from the midst of fiery times and challenges is enough to make me feel thrilled to be where I am today.

Seeing my positive and loving family and friends causes my heart to overflow with joy. The people in my social circle, those who are a part of my life, are living proof that prayers and unwavering dedication to a dream can yield the desired results.

The happy consequence of my educational efforts is the fulfillment of my desire to learn and grow. I am rewarded with pride and happiness. I know that I can move from strength to strength throughout each phase of my life, and at my workplace or business because I am passionate about my chosen tasks.

Anything successful outcome that I am involved in is an achievement in my book.

I celebrate my achievements, large and small.

When I can help my friends deal with or overcome emotional heartache, I feel proud of my ability to be a true supporter of those I love and care about.

Today, being my authentic self and staying true to my beliefs makes me immensely proud. I am happy that I can remain true to myself, even when it is unpopular to do so. My integrity enables me to achieve great success.

There is nothing to me like winning after I have put in the hard, consistent, and honest effort to achieve my goals!
