Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

I have a magnetic and dynamic personality.

I am at ease and comfortable with others. I am happy with myself and want to share everything that makes up the authentic Me with the world.

I view all social interactions as opportunities to enjoy myself. I find pleasure in sharing my thoughts, experiences, and personality with others. I encourage them to do the same.

People enjoy spending time with me and seek out my company.

I possess a certain magnetism and confidence that others find irresistible. I find myself surrounded by good and interesting people. My social life is highly active.

I find it easy to interact with others and make them feel comfortable. I have an interest in their lives and encourage them to share their experiences – mundane and spiritual – with me.

I am charming and pleasant to be around.

I know how to make others feel good about themselves.

I quickly put others at ease, and they enjoy this experience. I show them that they also have a magnetic and dynamic personality.

I embrace the characteristics that make me unique.

These are the things that make me special. Being just like everyone else is boring and hides my gifts from the world.

Today, I am free to be myself. I treat others with kindness and respect and allow my magnetic, authentic, and dynamic personality to shine through.
